    LLC Formation Business For Sale

    Hey Folks,

    I'm selling LLC BUDDY.COM.

    Concept

This idea of this site is to simplify the process of starting your first LLC. The user fills in a simple page of information describing the type of business they want to form, how many members etc and then I do all the work with the actual filing.

    Details

Site has nice admin region where I can look at users who have signed up, and also update their progress with a really nice interface. For example, the first stage is a 'name check' on their LLC. Once I've done this I click a radio button from incomplete to complete. When user logs in they are presented with a page illustrating all of stages in their sign up and a 'tick' or a 'cross' shows whether that has been competed.

    Earning Potential

I've put up some free ads in the Backpage.com 'business opportunities' section. You can see the details in the Google Analytics I've set up to get an idea of conversions etc. I think the skies the limit for someone who has good marketing skills. Site has approx 2% conversion rate.

    Reason for Sale

I'm busy with my project Save Money on Shipping! CitizenShipper.com which, IMO has far bigger earning potential. I built LLCBuddy.com but haven't invested much time into developing the business. There's great potential, 200'000 new startups formed each year, and many of the popular sites nolo.com for example charge waaaaay more than I do.

    What you get

    i. Ownership of website and code.
ii. My 'contact' who actually does the filing work, all you will have to do is forward an email to him. This is how you make your $52 on each conversion.
iii. My full assistance with getting all the transferal etc done, and how the business works.

Drop me a PM if you are interested in taking this site over and think you have what it takes to start a good marketing campaign. I think thats the key to the success of the site.

    Thanks!

    Rich

There is an additional admin filing fee that is typical on all LLC formation websites. It is usually absorbed into the State fee costs. For my site it's $50.

the funny thing about these filing type websites is that it is probably easier to file through your state website than to go through another website.

This is a good website if you don't go through the state. But then again, everything goes through the state.

    Just a few questions:

How much time do you spend on each order?
How much does the person who actually files the paperwork charge?
What is the traffic that you get on your site on a daily/weekly/monthly basis?

    Thanks,
    Dave

It's clearly less expensive to go straight through the Sec of State, but many people don't know how to do it, don't know they CAN do it, or lack the confidence to go it alone.
