iMusic Tools domain + site + application

Looking to sell my business iMusic Tools. iMusic Tools is an application written in php/mysql that allows the customers to start their own music download portal.

I have a day job these days and don't have the time to market or continue development on this one so I am looking to let it go to someone who have the time for it and maybe new visions. The application has been built by my company from scratch so it's completely custom built and you would get 100% ownership (no third party stuff).

This post include the domain, the web site and the application source code.

I would also agree to sign an agreement saying I will not create a similar application for a term of agreed x amount of years.
