It's a free design, most likely the content is PLR or something along those lines, the domain isn't great. I wouldn't pay more than $4 either. I don't really see why someone would buy this.

The owner of that site 'naijapreneur' has not visited this Forum since 1st January i am pretty certain he only joined to try and sell the site or promote it.This only my opinion on this one !!!

Sites like this really arent conducive to any econonomic gain on the buyers part. Im afraid you probably wont sell it for more than $5. May I suggest that buyers generally look for either traffic, revenue, unique layouts/content, good domain or preferrably all 4.

Ok guys, thanks 4 d observations, comments etsetera...... let's drop the sales and i did not join the forum to sell websites. I joined because of my passion for entrepreneurship. I just saw the site as a little it of distraction. forex trading is not my passion and it takes a whole lot of focus.

So please forget the sale.
