I have a website that is currently making $10,000 a month. I'm only putting in about 10 hours a week right now, but if you put in more time, you can make over 30,000 a month with this website. I don't want to post the link, please PM me if you are SERIOUS. I will include stats, the site link, etc. Looking for offers, I don't need to sell it just seeing if there are any offers out there that make me want to sell.

What niche is the site base on and how is it generating revenue i.e. ads, membership fees, etc... You don't have to disclose the link to me but before I show interest, I'd like to know if its even relating a subject I enjoy regardless of revenue its pumping out.

It's got 3 streams of income, ads, and two affiliate programs that are related to money. But its a niche with only two other competitors, but the main market has a lot of competition. But its niche is financing for starting a business.
