    Arrow eBook Website for sale. $850+/mo profit - simple site - 2 domains included

    Hey Everyone...

    I'm selling my established ebook website. The ebook is completely unique as well as the custom made site.

    I have made just over $850 profit in 1 month selling 46 copies (with 2 refunds). The only expenses I have is for hosting ($10/month).

    My advertising methods are free and will only be taught to the new owner. I also have some pre-made banners that I will include with the site. These have not been submitted to other sites so I'm not to sure of its effect.

    The ebook is automatically delivered to the customer right after their payment using a product delivery site (which is free). This means that all you need to do is advertise and not worry about emailing the ebook to the customers.

    I also have the ebook in Word Doc so the new owner can change anything they would like.

    The URL is KijijiProfits [dot] com .... I will ALSO include KJProfits [dot] com which points to the original link. Both domains are registered with NameCheap (so the new owner will need a namecheap account)

    I'm looking for around 6x's monthly rev but shoot me a reasonable offer. This is a GREAT site to flip if that's your plan as I'm already taking below 10x's monthly rev.

    The only unfortunate reason I'm selling is because of ... school

    Kijiji is a trademark, so you're probably going to face trademark issues keeping the domain name.

    Also, if everything really is automated (according to you), then selling it "because of school" is a silly reason.

    Sounds scammy.

    I have emailed Kijiji a number of times and they haven't brought up any issues.

    Also, if this were to face trademark issues, wouldn't ebaysucks.com, paypalsucks.com, ebayebah.com, practicalebayselling.com, and those sort of websites (which there are a lot of) be taken down?

    Apparently you misread my op. I said the ebook delivering system is automated. You still need to put in the work for advertising, answering emails, etc.

    I was interested in the site, and I would buy it, but I don't have the money right now. The e-book is well written and does open your eyes to selling items on Kijiji. Worth the 20 bucks in my opinion. I may actually go back to selling on Kijiji...

    The proof he sent me is also completely legit. Sounds good to me.

    Hmm, if you have to go back to school and thus don't have enough time, that implies that you must spend a lot of hard work and effort to market this site, thus for 850 bucks a month is it worth it?

    Am I wrong? How long do you spend marketing this site.

    No I do not spend an extreme amount of time marketing the site. I would probably spend 1-1.5 hours/day marketing.

    I'm moving on campus therefore school work, friends, parties, etc will get in the way. I'm also just looking to move on from the website industry and focus more on local businesses.
