I've had this site for a while but I haven't advertised in months. When I used to advertise, it generated around $5-$10/day.

It's a cool little site with 2 facebook fan pages that will be included. The main fan page has over 800 fans and the other fan page that is related to the site (has never been advertised on) has over 8,200 fans and is growing each day.

I've done zero work in months and it's still receiving 25-30 unique visitors daily.

I'm looking to sell the site with the 2 fan pages (main fb account included). Assume minimal/no traffic and revenue.
