Hi, I have BestHostReviews.net | Your guide to the best web hosting deals

Great domain that is Page Rank 3. Site earns minimal amount of money from adsense but has affiliate partnerships with two hosting companies who pay $100 and $95 CPA.

I don't really 'need' to sell this site so the price is quite high however, if someone sees it's intrinsic value then they will purchase at this price based on the following:

Generating only 1000 monthly page views with a 0.1% sales:traffic ratio, the site would be earning $100/month.

As the site is PR3, it is also possible to sell text links at about $8 per link per month.

I'm not looking for feedback.

I think that site has a lot of potential. Can I suggest maybe a redesign to take advantage of the reviews.

Thanks for the suggestion. If I don't sell it at the quoted price then I am definately going to explore its potential.
