Payment Terms and Conditions
• 50% down payment upon acceptance of project.
• 50% balance due 7 business days upon completion of project
• Payment can be wired/deposited to my bank. Details will be sent upon project acceptance.

• Website will be suspended if the 50% balance isn’t paid within 7 business days upon project delivery.
• Website projects are covered with 30 day service warranty. Any service done on the website after the warranty expires will be billed to website owner accordingly with the applicable present service rates.
• A service contract will be provided for the mutual protection of 168 Media Creative and the Site Owner and will state service specifications, warranty, and copyright information in accord to the website package and/or features purchased.
