Selling Value Investment Centre report

With a few advertisements placed across my website network, I have sold one ebook report for $50 from this site and it has only been up for about 2 weeks.

Site has minimal traffic but, as you can see, it has made a good profit just with a few ads. Domain is included + hosting for a year. Normally I would sell sites for 24 times earnings but due to it's young age, this one is set at 10 times. Would be great for either those you want to further market it and really make some substantial profits or for site flippers who can onsell it for 12-24 times monthly profit.

You need 3-6 months of sales before you can ask for a 10 month multiple. You have no history so you may be able to sell your site for $50 which is the total earnings for a site (your site) with less then 6 months of sales history.

Not to bash your site... but you have nothing to sell yet. Make some more sales... spend a few months building your presence... maybe you'll end up getting a lot more?? You are just not ready to sell.

I agree with the above point. You can't claim $50 a month profit if it has only been up for 2 weeks. Give it a while, and after 6 months if $50 is still the average, maybe I'll put in an offer.

If the traffic is being driven from your own network, that is kind of a turnoff to buyers...

Thats cool I understand your points. I will hold on for a bit longer and let it generate 2 or so months of sales. Thanks for the feedback guys.
