I am always working on new projects and ideas and sometimes it catches up to me. I am trying to do a little to much and need to consolidate some of my business ventures.

I am looking to sell either of these sites together or separate. When I first got them going traffic was growing rapidly but now I just cant put the needed time into it to allow the site to reach its potential.

I actually do not have an asking price set in stone. As far as revenue I have $25/month ad spots and I can keep them full pretty easy.
