Part projects for sale, finish and use
Hi,
I have a couple of sites that i'm looking to off load, they're not quite at a turn-key stage so i'm willing to take relatively low prices for them, looking to sell to either a developer looking to build up some turn keys, or to a clever entrepreneur willing to get a developer in and benefit from the profits.

Name: ExpressFreelance
URL: http://www.expressfreelance.com
Function: The site is a freelancing site, it has potential for massive profits and generates income from selling subscriptions to its coders. The clients go on to the site to find a developer, they post a bid request and when they want to contact the buyers they subscribe to a membership for $5/month. A good easily accessible price point which will turn-over high profits.
Work needed: The site is fully functioning all that needs done is linking the payment element on the site to your paypal account so you can receive your account and then promoting the site enough to bring in the traffic
Price starting point: All offers considered

Name:
Survival Page
URL: http://survivalpage.com
Function: The site is a simple flash arcade, it has a simple to use updating script that pulls in hundreds of flash games with a single click. It could be monetized quite easily with Adsense, and is built on wordpress. The site includes reseller rights on the scripts and is easy to re-theme.
Work needed: The site should be fine to run straight away, you can monetize it if you like.
Price starting point: All offers considered

As the sites need a little work sales will be final, but i will more than happily help you with tech support to get it running if i can.

Nice little projects for a developer with a little time on his/her hands
