Niche Health & Fitness Site for Sale

I've recently gotten a fulltime job for this summer and because I'm going to be so busy I'm looking to sell my website.

    100 unique visitors a day
    entirely from bookmarks, and SEO
All articles on the site were written by me or my writers; either way I have exclusive rights to all the content.
So far it makes about 5 dollars a month through adsense.

I wouldn't consider anything less than 500 bucks because of the enormous amount of time that has already been put into the site -> as well as I am just now finishing a facebook app that is tied right into the site. It puts a feed of fresh articles directly on facebook profiles. I'll launch this before the sale also (unless the buyer wants to hold onto it and edit it pre-release).

    6 months I think.

Also, it's now #1 in google searches for "student fitness"
It was previously only #1 for Yahoo for "student fitness" but it appears google has come to it's senses and finally put me on top of the first page of results

It's actually a highly searched term and I've seen my traffic go up, it's now at about 150 uniques a day.

I also launched the facebook feed app

    Just learned that I'm a Google PR3.

Also, I just started a forum and it's still tiny but with time it may be able to grow organically.

I like some of the information on the site! are you qualified as a fitness instructor or something? Or just have some knowledge on fitness?

Thanks for checking it out. I do know a fair amount about fitness, nutrition and general health - it's because I'm an ex-high school athlete. I could easily get the Personal Trainer accreditation but don't have the time and don't plan on being a PT.

I gained weight when going into college and not playing football any longer. I then switched to a healthy diet, did a lot of running and changed many aspects of my lifestyle.

Along the way I realized this was not a unique situation, and that in fact most college students are aware of the effects the college environment can have on the body (and mind) - which is why I started Student Fitness. So that other health concerned students could benefit from my experience.

Yes, the way it is now. Focus on getting to the source that created this health and fitness niche. Could you imagine a person not even needing to go to the gym..

It's a nice thought to prepare your own products, but having complete knowledge about that particular product is essential because it is health related, even a minor mistake may cost a whole life.
    Good luck..!
