Hello. I would like to buy this website.
How much?![]()
"It's a little-known fact that fear of success is just as common as fear of failure."
Still available. Accepting offers above $50 USD for this forum.
I'm still interested.
I want 5 years on the domain...My offer is $100 if I see that the domain expires in 5 years. This offer is double your asking price.
And with this offer, I am claiming this domain.

I'm a member of namecheap, too. So, basically I know the prices there. 5 times 9.96 equals 50 dollars. Now, that SMF forum you have there? Its free. And on top of this, your site is only a few months old. The domain is good, but not good enough by itself.
I am offering you double the price here. Not many people would buy a domain like this, sir.
Your thread is approaching 300 views. No offers. One person is ready to buy, however.
EDIT: As of this edit, its 304 views.
So, if this is how you feel, then I will decrease the price from $100 to $60. The price of a video game.

I don't see why you're thinking illogically, unless you're either up to some sort of mischievious behaviour, or you're a daft novice. Why not make an offer of $50, then renew it yourself for 5 years for another $50? What difference does it make? Essentially you're still paying $100.

The point of making a sale is making a profit. You want to profit from a high-level domain. I'm a gamer, I see value in a domain like this because like you said, the game just came out. But it goes beyond just a game, it can be about the comic books, it can be about the movies, and so on and on.
Here's the thing, your asking price is 50 bucks, when its a few months, and cost you just $9.96, but you're asking more than what you paid for. Lets not forget that you're probably hosting the site yourself. Therefore, it would make a lot more sense if someone else tops the deal by making double the offer.
You could have just sold the site for 20 bucks and its anyone's game. But like an auction, the highest bidder claims the prize.
I wanted 5 years on the domain because it would make the domain more valuable especially if you priced your domain at 50 bucks.
So, nevermind, my offer still stands, $60 bucks is yours. AVPForums is mine. Please.

Obviously, you skimmed over the word "Nevermind." No where did I say you need to register the domain for 5 years after that "nevermind" message. Good Day.

You clearly stated "I will decrease the price from $100 to $60" which displays that nothing else about the offer changed, apart from the amount itself. Besides that, I'm still wondering why you even made such an illogical deal in the first place. You need to realize, and yes, the keyword is realize, that it would've costed me $50 to register the domain for 5 years. I'm not even joking. You can even add it up yourself, provided you can do basic math.
I'll assume this is probably the first time you've ever dealt with somebody online, so there's no hard feelings on my side.
Actually, this is the third time.
I'm buying a dead halo website for 1k. Another for 3k because that person happens to spend that much for the domain and license.
I can market these websites through diligent marketing. I have 7, soon to become 8 years in marketing experience, all that I need is to have a decent network to reverberate traffic between all of the sites. I've already done this. I should have no problem making money off ad placements with these three sites I'm purchasing.
When I made that offer, I was in an urgent state of mind. This is the kind of domain I've been looking for. I have a really high passion for first person shooters.
When an entrepreneur is like this, he's ready to move. And really interested.
And when I made the decrease, I was adhering to your first offer. I then, said "nevermind" in order to rectify things.

Well, $60 is not an offer I would sell the site immediately at, so I'll hold off on that and keep it in consideration. I'm pretty sure I can get something higher than that. YE clearly isn't a good place to buy/sell websites.
AGH!
You're the one with all this "mischievious behaviour" not me that you accused of....!
You really are making things harder!
You want to give it to someone eles, FINE WITH ME!
