    youtube links and embedded legality

    I've come across some sites that bulk of content are embedded youtube vids. topdocumentary.com, for instance. Is everything on youtube basically fair game? Could I do something like (for example) make a website around fixing cars, then have all my content be youtube vids of people fixing cars?

    all youtube videos are leagle and play in player..youtube provide best service to upload and download videos clips..
