One of many Reasons for Ecommerce Failures I would say is lack of Payment Options and NOT having Paypal Facilities in S.A. for a Start.
Unless your Name is NOT Osama bin Laden it is also difficult if not impossible to get a Bank Merchant Account, if you are a small start up company.
