Who pays for shipping samples?
I am sourcing componants for a repair kit. I need to see many different samples of many different products and most of these products are in China. I have a limited amount of Capital (as im sure everyone does at the start of a business). Before I go offering to pay for the shipping on all these sample items I would like the opinion of people who have experience with this matter. So who pays for shipping, my company or the manufacturer?

Im new at this stuff but it seems that the message from Cole is a response to my question? Thank you for your input Cole if you are indeed responding to me, im still pondering your thought. Might you have any more input on my question of who pays for shipping?

The company usually pays to produce it, and you then pay for "shipping". The "shipping" usually covers price to produce it and price to ship it.
