I have an IT/Managed Services company that is a little over 11 years old. I've grown my business on referrals and word of mouth. I would like to take the business to the next level and to do this I need to add more customers. Inside or Outside sales reps?? Nobody will take this business as seriously as I do. I'm not a cold caller. I've tried sales people over the years with no success. It cannot all be their fault. Anybody else out there struggling with this same paradigm?
