I'll try to be as brief as I can.

I have an idea for a food product that I obviously believe tastes great. I would probably put it into the category of frozen treats. I do not see anybody marketing it but believe it has a chance to sell well. IF it were legal to make them at home and sell them I would already be trying to do it but in the state where I live you cannot produce food products in home kitchens/

Large food companies, Sara Lee, etc will not entertain ideas from outside their own companies.

With no capital and only a good idea I understand that I will need to give up a lot to get the thing out there in the marketplace And that would be fine.

Does anybody know where else to turn? Are their people who buy ideas? Specifically in the food/treat business? Or anybody else that would look at such things?
