Depending on your state, I believe sales tax does not apply. You are providing a service. Sales tax is usually on tangible goods, not professional services. For example, your lawyer and your dentist don't charge sales tax, nor does your accountant.

Call your Secretary of State or other taxing authority and find out if your service is taxable and, if so, at what rate.

Consult your Secretary of State as to potential sales tax issues. If you have a tangible/physical product than you will need to adhere to your state laws. However, since you are an online marketing service and not a tangible product, I suspect that there will not be a tax required.
