What Software would suit my needs?

Hello,

I am running a small graphic design business. I have started to gain popularity and I need good software that can track customers and if a customer reorders services because I give a discount to repeat customers. Right now I have an excel spreadsheet, but its starting to get confusing as to who is reordering our services. Any help and suggestions on the proper software would be amazing! Thanks.

Hmmm I'm not sure.
Have you tried checking out an autoresponder (getresponse, oprius)?
If you contact them I'm sure they would be able to able to tell you
if they can or not.

quickbooks 2013 would solve this. It's about 250-300 dollars but it has a lot of nice built in features. I've been using it for a few months.

Or you can search for "CRM software". There are a lot of CRM solutions out there that do a lot of different things. Try some different ones out and see what works for you.
