    What do I need to do to hire international labor?

    I'm in the process of starting an internet business and we need another developer. I would like to hire from the Philippines. Aside from verifying that the person is experienced and responsible, what do I need to do to make this happen? ie, what do I need to do to make sure I'm in compliance with US law? Thanks in advance.
