Hello,

I am an international undergraduate student in the university of Coventry . I have this business idea. But!My visa does not permit me to be self employed hence I can not register my business nor trademark.I was being advised to look for a a business partner who is British or whose visa permits him to do it. The problem is I do not know what to do now and and how to share the business idea?
I will also like to know the procedures in acquiring a business partner in order for him not to steal the whole idea and rip me off given that I can only register it under his name!
