Question What are your success criteria?

Out of curiousity, what has to be present for you to know your business is a success?

    My top three are:

    1. Consistent 6 figure yearly income. (After Tax)
    2. Creating and Promoting my own products.
    3. Income isn't solely dependent upon me.

    How about yours?

I agree. Your top 3 is true. To add to that, clients' feedbacks are OK, people promote your products (which means they are satisfied) and lastly, not only yourself benefit from it but everybody.

Success is meeting pre-defined goals - these may be turnover, profit, market share etc...

Goals need to be re-evaluated from time to time and strategies re-formulated to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.... success.

Those are all good. Mine would include the "squishy" success factors as well:

    1. Ability to spend quality and quantity time with my family.
    2. The ability to act ethically in every situation...no matter the cost
    3. The ability to make a difference in the life of my vendors, my employees, and my clients.

I've been asking everyone I meet this question, and Dylan Phelan this was a great response in my opinion.

    Kudos
