Pardon my ignorance, but what is Website Flipping?

Website Flipping...is much like Real Estate flipping. You build a site get it running with some traffic, monetize it, then flip it for a profit.

From the other side of things...it's a great way to buy sites that are already started and monetized.

The little guys build a site and then monetize it. They then sell them for $50-$200 on various marketplaces. The intermediate guys buy these up, market them better and create a monthly income stream from them...then sell back to the marketplace for $500-$2000. The big dogs collect these sites as tiny income streams, that they can tweak for maximum profit.

After awhile the big dog has 100 sites making him $2000 a month each.

Thats an extremely brief intro and overview of the Website Flipping industry. It is rapidly increasing in popularity as their are already 10-15 marketplaces. Each with hundreds of sites selling per week.

1.) Well i know what it is and how it works, so i won't really be suitable to help you answer this question

2.) Well its got to have a good sales copy (not a long one though, that will get me to trust you and your product within 5 minutes - testimonials, money-back gaurentess always work for this).

3.) Pricing is key for this. $19.95 seems reasonable to me for this type of product though.

first - How do you convince the owner to sell it to you?

second - how do I compute my ROI on the website I am thinking about buying?

third - after i've purchased it, how to I generate cash flow.

2.) What would an ebook/video package like this absolutely have to cover or teach...in order to make you spend your hard earned money on it?

It would spend about what the average ebook costs.

1) mainly technical things which you have already mentioned are in there, also a section on how to sift through the offerings for the diamonds in the rough, maybe some basic stats that you want to see and what levels denote affordability or being overpriced.
2)i would love to see a bunch of examples or case studies. i would see value in those.
3)no more than 20, no less than 10
