Eeek... Forex as a business? Terrible advice... With $200 I would buy some books on web marketing (if that is what you are interested in). You could start a blog and then blog about the books and what you learned from them. While you are doing that you could be applying what you've learned by practical application. So say you buy 5-10 books and spend six months getting this blog up and running.. By the end of the six months you'll have a ton of great content and you'll have developed the skills to make money.
If I had an extra hour a day this is what I would do...
