    Question To start a HR services company

    I have already developed my website-the interface for candidates and employers.Main idea is to be HR for employers filling their vacant positions.
    Critical Issues;
    1. How to tap get company noticed as a professional firm, what, other than the website do i need?
    2. What is the best point of tapping income in this kind of business?
    3. What are the issues i may have to deal with or encounter in this kind of business?
    4. How do i also tap into the international market, ie, international employers and candidates?

    Would really appreciate some good advice,
    James

    Search Engine Optimization (search engine optimization) is the answer.

    Well this is based on my personal experience here in our country where the BPO (Business Processing Outsourcing) and BTO (Business Transaction Outsourcing) is the trend which some of my friends are working in HR department.

    1. How to tap get company noticed as a professional firm, what, other than the website do i need?
    Talk to the head of HR department of the companies and make an agreement.

    2. What is the best point of tapping income in this kind of business?
    I think this is like headhunting stuff just like here in our country, you will have revenue if the applicants are hired or sell some good applicants resume to the companies(leads).
