    Tax Liens, Real Estate etc.

Hi, I was just wondering how can I start looking at potential Tax Liens to buy and where. In addition how much do they normally go for, and how can I find out about foreclosures as well as possibly investing in real estate. Does it necessarily take money to buy property and then flip it?

Money definetly helps. You can option properties and sell them for more.
Every state has different regulation on tax liens, and foreclosures web sites can give you vague detail of every person that missed a morgage payment.
lots of foot work and negotiating skills.

    Oscar,

Depending on what state you live in, tax liens are actually printed on the local newspaper on a certain day of the week. If you look hard enough, you can go to bank websites and they will have their REO lists there. You can go to goverment agency websites and find their lists i.e. HUD, Freddie Mac, Veterans.

If you do a little more research you can find these things-normally it isn't the issue, the issue is acquiring them.
