    tax/ legal query.

    Hi everybody,

    i am currently running an online store from australia. I want to start selling to people in the US and I have found a distributor for my goods in california. I am now wondering are there any legal documents to sort out or any taxes i have to pay to do this?

    Any response would be appreciated.

    If you're a foreign company with no offices in the States, why pay US taxes?
