I am going to launch a website soon. I will not be selling anything directly to consumers. I will, however, be selling advertisement space on my site to clients and using google adsense.

My question is, how can I register this "business" for tax writeoffs? Should I register my company as a S, LLC, etc? Any information is helpful.
