Anyone know where to start on this? I'd love some resources on the process as most of google searchign is just junk now.

I'm owed some money, they are dragging out paying me (over a year), and they sent a check for $280 on a $6500 claim. They keep denying for this or that, but have no reason to. The last two denials have been their own internal errors. I'm sick of fighting through their procedures and just need the money or to pick it up from the client (at a huge loss to me and pain to the client).

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know this company has lost in arbitration before, but the company that took them there was large too, I am not!
