I am ready to enter the world of entrepreneurship, but would like some feedback first on the project I am working on first. Ok here we go.

So, I am planning to build this strip mall that will be energy efficient in the way it is built and the way is it to be ran. I have some sketches of what it will look like--the layout anyways. But I am trying to see if anyone out there knows of any good ways to use solar or wind power to use on my buildings. I want to be energy efficient and even though it'll cost more, I want good insulation. So if you know of ways or products that are good for the enviroment, or you know a company that specializes in solar or wind power let me know.

Second, I am constructing a neighborhood next to the shopping area. They will be either prefab homes or built on-site. But all of them will be energy-efficient, usinf solar, wind or some other power. I want to have Gary Olp help me design the homes and have Michelle Kaufmann Designs build the prefab homes. They will look modern and maybe futuristic; the homeowners also help design their dream home. They will probably be more expensive in the beginning, but when bills come in, it will be worth it. I also want to include a clubhouse and a rec center for the homeowners. If anyone has info on how to legally start a neighborhood please inform me. B/C I don't think you can just start building homes for people, or can you?
