my name is mac-donald and am from nigeria. a country in the african continent with over 150 million populace.
Nigeria is an oil rich nation that is gradualling developing with a slow pace as a result of over reliance on the oil and gas sector.i am trying to set up u my own manufacturing company.
am finding it difficult to set up the company.from production to marketing,from managing resources to managing my partners and staff.can anybody advice me how to startup and come up succcessful.
i will appreciate feedbacks from the house and probably a God sent mentor.
