What business are looking to do? My uncle and aunt are from the UK. They wish to come here and start a business. Depending on what area to get an E2 visa (business visa), you need to make an investment of $100K-$150k can be sufficient. However, it's not that simple. You need to employ at least 2 U.S. citizens.
Suppose you want an H1B visa, meaning you are permitted to work here in the US, you will need an employer to hire you and sponsor you. This would not be the visa you want.
