So...We need to copyright some graphics were going to be screen printing on our shirts...I've found a million websites that will do it for us...for like $200. So where do I go to do it myself? How much does it cost...etc., etc., etc....

Google U.S. copyright office. They'll provide resources to make sure that it's even copyrightable. Costs and processes are there. Technically, you don't need to register it to obtain copyright protection, as you already own the copyright to it by creating it (assuming it's copyrightable), but it is just safer.
