Right, so i had an idea for a website, found out this was already being undertaken in the US, therefore i contacted them to negotiate bringing it to the UK with my help.

We drew up some agreements, which included a non-competition agreement, however once these were signed my job role changed so they were to be re-written.

However despite many attempts i am unable to get back in touch with them

Is this contract to stop me or can i pursue setting up my version of the website regardless?
