    Shelf Company

Anybody know any legitimate companies that sell shelf companies with over 2 years of history?

I believe you are actually looking for shell companies. Unfortunately, I do not know of any companies that handle shell company transactions.

Shell, Shelf, Aged all the same thing. It just needs to be non-publicly traded.

The last time I was looking for shelf companies (and yes, shelf is the correct term), I was able to find a number of brokers by searching on Google. It's not difficult to verify the status of one of their companies- just check with the state agency handling incorporation. Make sure that it is, indeed, as old as they say it is, and that there are no liens or suits against the company.

Using a shelf corporation is a great way to get started developing business credit, and often necessary when getting into import/export, etc. Always make sure, however, that the company was never put into use, and that the name has not been tarnished in any way. It's hard to explain to a potential customer that the rumors about your company's actions four weeks ago aren't true because you just bought the company.. they may not quite understand...

Thanks... It's a requirement to have two years of business history to list on the OCTBB, Bond Markets, and get bank loans, correct?

Instead of buying fake history, why don't you try running your business for two years and then attempt to be listed on the OTCBB? You will probably be skipping past some critical experience that will affect the unfortunate individuals who decide to invest in your business. Save everyone the headache and just do it the right way.

Because I don't really have that long. This is for a commercial real estate company; If I wait two years a majority of the land around will be gone. And I can't really think of another way to raise the kind of capital I need for commercial real estate from individual investors. That's why I want to get on the OCTBB and do corporate bonds.

We offer 15 year old fully loaded corporations with funding attached. We do everything in house from start to finsh and we have corporations available in any and all states in the united states. The funding amounts that come with the corporation are $250,000.00 to $6,000,000.00 depending on what you need. This program is a NO PG program so your personal credit has nothing to do with getting funded.

If you looking to purchase a corporation with funding attached give call(888) 736-5999

Well, as a canadian in america, I looked into this shelf corp option very thoroughly as I was looking for large funding, and let me tell you one thing to watch out for. If a company says they will do it for $0 til funded, go ahead and try, but do not get your hopes up when you are 1 year down the road with $0 in credit still. If they say it comes with funding attached, when you ask them, they will tell you that it costs $15,000- $30,000 up front (why cant it just come off the credit card you are going to give me? NO IDEA but for some bullshit reason it cant) they will have a contract to sign that says " We can not guarantee funding" and you will get $0 in credit. But they will take your $30,000. Now I never paid a dollar because everyone I researched just felt like something was off. When they say they have investors "in-house" are they really going to lend to someone that they know does not have the history of repayment. Is this company just "tricking" their inhouse lenders into lending another BS loan? I DOUBT IT. Why would anyone say, "Ya I will lend to this guy who has no money, or history, or credit because he bought a shelf corp that looks right." NOPE.

A shelf corp may get you credit faster, but it will still take years to get a large amount of credit, then you will need assets, cash, collateral, income, and nothing will have changed. If you are looking for $10k, you have a good chance of getting it in a few months, but that is because your asset/income/collateral does not need to be significant at all. Good luck, i suggest moving on or raising the money some other way.

    ps i was rambling sorry
