Hi all. I'm a newbie and I'd like to sell on the web. Can anyone point out any important differences between selling on eBay as opposed to selling soley off of one's own site? I read somewhere about an individual concerned that eBay had raised fees a bit much and had problems with customer service. Wouldn't selling just through one's own site eliminate the worry over future escalating fees on sites like eBay and Paypal? Hope this makes sense.
