    Regarding Export/Import

Hello, I have a business in my country that focuses on supplying industrial equipments to plants and factories around the country. Right now, we are interested in becoming a representative of a certain brand from the US in our country. We've talked to them and they requested our company profile and they will evaluate it. Aside from the usual company background, market served, and customers, what else can I include in the company profile to make sure that it will be convincing enough for them to grant us sole distributor rights for their products in my country?

    any help is appreciated! Thanks

    you should mention in purposal

    vision of your comapny
    mission of your company
    Objectives of your company
Point of difference in your products from others in same industry

I can write one for you if you provide me some details.

You're going to want to prove to them trust. Establishing a relationship is key in international marketing/ sales.

Provide evidence your company is in good standing with other reputable companies in your nation.

Possibly a visit to each others nation may strengthen a business deal.

    Hope this helps.
