Hi everyone,
I have a question regarding Real-estate. My co-worker and I have considering buying a home that has been struck by the hurricanes. We are going to repair/ remodel the home.If all goes well and we make a significant profit off our first home we would reinvest the money into another home and remodel it.
My question: Does anyone know of a tax exemption on buying two homes per year and remodeling and selling them?
