Questions to Ask the Manufacturer?

Hey everyone..
I am moving to the next stage of my big project where I am producing my product. what questions should i ask and what things should I know/have in hand when contacting and dealing with a manufacture..
any tips and experiences dealing with manufactures would be much appreciated

Have you found a manufactuere yet? If so how did you find them and do u have a reference for them.

Find out past products the have dealt with and try and talk to their clients.
Also get Everything onto paper.

I am still looking for one, I haven't decided if I want to use one overseas or one in Canada as of yet.. also whats the best/easiest way to find different manufactures world wide?
