    Question about partnering contracts

I have been planning to partner up with a few people over the internet for their startups and i was wondering if there is a type of contract that both of us could fill out stating the equity each has in the company and all that good stuff.(sorry this isn't that descriptive...don't really know what should be in a partnering contract)

It would be cool if there was some kind of electronic form that each could view and sign that is legally binding if anything should go bad.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you're forming an LLC, sign an operating agreement.

Subcontracting and partnering can be an excellent way to grow business and improve your relationships with clients. But many professionals in the technology business do not quite understand the difference between the two concepts or how to work them into their plans for working with small businesses.
