I would like to ask your opinion about the following investments situation...

Capital = 100%
Work = 0
Investment Durations = 2 Years

Owner

Capital = 0
Work = 100%

Owner will hire some peoples to run the biz
Questions :

1. What percentage of profit sharing that is ideal for this situation
(From Net Income each month) ?

2. How about if in first 3 month, the biz has not generated any income yet ?

3. What happens in year 2 (At the end of the investment),
Does owner have to return the 100% initial investment ?

4. What if the business failed, Let say in 6th month?
Who will bear the risk?
How the fate of investors?
