I have a product I would like to make and sell in Canada. My concern is that although I will be fabricating most of the item from skratch I would like to include a certain type of clip with the item to facilitate it's use. I was wondering if, because I will be purchasing the clip and then reselling it with the item are there any patent or resale concerns I should be aware of?
