    Private Policy? Terms of Condition?

Does anyone know how to create a Private Policy and Terms of Condition for a website? Do I have to write it all out myself or what? What is the process like?

    Thanks!

Ok mate, look, I won't bullshit ya. The first time I had to write a TOS/PP, I just to a competing website and ripped theirs. However, the proper process involves you consulting with your lawyer who'll complete a risk assesment and draft specialty exclusion of liability and dispute resolution cluses (amongs other things)..these two are the key clauses.

The first one prevents people from suing you and allows you a defense in case they do, and the second one, prevents people from suing you befoire engaging in mediation or arbitration at a place of your choosing....without these two clauses you'll be up shit creek.

Anyway..do I think you should spend 3-5k to draft proper terms? No..because I dodn't expect your business to be around long enough for anyone to sue you. But, if you do plan on being sucessful, you may wanna take the opposite view.
