For the class Entrepreneurship we have to interview 2 entrepreneurs. I guess there are a quite some entrepreneurs on this forum, hopefully you guys can help me? The questions I have are:

Could you give a short description of the nature of your business, ownership structure, number of employees, and age of business (when was it founded).

About the Entrepreneur:
1. How would you describe your personality, character and background? What they think are the most important personal characteristics of an aspiring entrepreneur.
2. Where did the idea for your businesses come from? Where do you get ideas now for expanding your business? How important is innovation in your business?
3. What was the toughest hurdle you faced in starting the business and how was it overcome? Did you have a business plan? If so, how had these issues been covered in the original business plan? Where could you have spent more time during the planning stage to make life easier later on?
4. How has your role in the business changed over time? What do you see as your role in the future of the business? Do you have an exit strategy? If so, what is it?
5. How did you select the personnel for your management team? What were you looking for in the people you hired?
6. What advice would you give an aspiring entrepreneur? Could you suggest the three most important lessons you have learned
