opening a hookah bar.

I live in Idaho Falls, Idaho and i was wondering if any body had any advice on how i should go about opening one. do any of you have a preferred vendor for supplies? I'm really new to this so if any of you can help me it would be greatly appreciated! i already did some homework on it but still need some help on it. i have looked up the tobacco permits and they are free here. and i have the programs to keep track of inventory and store income systems. i live in a very religious town and I'm slightly worried that it may affect a business like mine. we do have many bars around here so i may be in luck. well any help would be awesome! thanks!

Firstly, Nice Name to the bar. [Local one in East London, Near me is called Tawooqs. Lovely place] I go there atleast 3-4 times a week! There quality here!

Lovely Hookah's [Shisha's]

Charge per shisha - £6 along with unlimited coals..
Hookah Flavour - ONLY Al-Fakhar otherwise you wont be in business for long

Get a few nice pipes, Nice meduim and Big size hookah's, If you want we can talk over phone i can help you?

Get a small place will little overhead. dont spend alot on the layout.

Idaho Falls really isn't the place to be considering this type of business I've seen how much pressure is put on the bars by people like VanderSloot and a starting hookah bar would be an easy target for the old guy try Boise, Pocatello, or up near U of I to start off and when you have something to fall back on try IF.
