    Question New Business Help!

    Hi, I am about to partner up in a local errand business. It was started and owned by one guy. What legalities will I run into or need to face for this to happen. Do we have to incorporate? How is everything split? Who does the banking etc..? Do we need an employee of some sort to do the books/ anything else? Can we even hire an employee in this field? So many questions. Anyone with any advice please speak up. I'm in need of answers fast!
