need startup advice...!!

hi,
i am planning to open a retail chain business of all women related items............whatever they can think to buy........will be available there..................any one suggest me hows the plan and what shud i do to make it more productive and profitable............if u have any more ideas.................also welcome.!!

why i want to enter .....coz i dreamed and very ambitious for being an entrepreneour.................and i want to prove it.!! i dont like to be employee of some firm.
plz suggest me what shoul i do to make my this passion and dream to happen............!!!i am not finding that how can i write the business plan for that.i have checked on various site but i think its difficult to me to figure out all the things at right now......!!

You are in the right place. First, you need the research on the market. Do not just jump into it trust me. I do think there are a couple of clothing companies on this forum.
