Need legal advice on my poker site

I need someone who understands online gambling laws and regulations.

I'm currently working on a sister site to my existing poker site. In this new site people will be able to enter in online tournaments. However, they will not be playing poker on my site. Not only that, all funds will be transfered from the poker site that the tournament will be played on.

    Example:

If you visit officialpokerrankings.com you will see tournament results for all online poker players. Once the tournament results have been posted, I will transfer the earnings to the winner.

All transactions will be done through Full Tilt or Poker Stars.com

I will charge 5% rake. This will also be payed by transferring funds on the poker site.

    Is this Legal?
