Need assistance with holiday card service

Hi,
This is my first question here. I would like to start a holiday card service for friends, relatives and possibly some local businesses.

I would offer holiday cards to choose from and for a nominal fee mail their cards for them.

The cost would be per card, their fee would include postage and they would provide full names and addresses, if the addresses are not complete there would be an additional fee.

I can't be the only person who wants to do this? Am I?

All I have right now is an idea, I'm not sure what to do next.

if you pitch your idea as something else (i.e. "holiday card service"), people will stone wall you, because there's no evidence that you might succeed. to correct this, you point to BA and say "if they suceeded, I can too"

this takes care of you doing your role as an investor and picking a venture that's likely to suceed

afterwards, to start your company, you need to complete 3 remaing entrepreneurial roles (out of a total of 4)

these roles are founder, ceo, and company director
